Thanksgiving During The Recession

Have you ever wondered how hard it is to give thanks during a difficult season of your life.   If you are like me it’s very easy to focus on what’s going wrong in our lives.  We have a housing market that is declining, our country is in a recession, people are losing jobs, children are being abducted and abused.  Just turn on the news every evening and it becomes hard to believe that we really have anything to be thankful for.

Share your testimony

I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation. (Psalms 40:10)

Do you have a testimony that needs to be told? A story of salvation, healing, or restoration? A testimony of how God held you through a treacherous storm, and refused to let you go?

Biblical Model For Finding A Mate

Are you really saved?

What does it mean to be saved? Isn’t it more than just a prayer to pray? More than just a way to heaven?

Question of the day:  If there is no transformation in your life are you really a Christian? If there is no fruit in your life are you really saved? God says in Matthew 3:8 we ought to “Produce fruit in keeping with repentance.”
